Rude staff, bathroom was filthy with mold in toilet and shower. Stayed on the first floor right by the street, while we were out staff opened the window and left it open. Had a 7 day stay booked, we only stayed 2 nights before finding new accommodations . Should not even be an option on Expedia or any other travel site.

Good area. Staff not often there to assist. Shower sprays everywhere. AC worked well. Bed sheets didn’t even fit the bed. Maybe not the safest hotel.

Myself and my teenage daughter were visiting london for a few days and chose this hotel for price and location - it was excellent. With 2 tube stations within a very short distance and a well appointed highstreet on the doorstep. Also an everyman cinema around the corner and kensington gardens really close. Hotel felt safe, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff were helpful. Really recommend. Not suitable for people who struggle with stairs mind you as our room was at the very top many, many stairs but we didnt mind.
