Clean room, good location.

It is not 5 stars hotel, you cannot expect that much, however, the hotel has good location, there are 2 underground stations, some restaurants and grocery stores around that place. It is very convenient. If you are looking for clean, and convenient hotel to stay, I strong recommend.

Not a hotel

It should not be called a hotel. It's just a room of less than 10 sq m with a bed and bathroom. No chair, no cleaning service, no air-con, no restaurant, no breakfast, no WiFi .Telephone not connected, fan broken. It's absolutely not worth £182 per night (excluding tax). We hardly stayed for 2 nights despite 3 nights were paid. The worst hotel experience ever had in lifetime.

Paid £70 for a double bed. You would think with a double bed that the room would be a reasonable size. It was a single room and you couldn't swing a cat. It had a private bathroom, again not big enough. The room was very worn, marks on the wall. Bed was okay but overall I would not stay here again.

If I were 20 years old again and traveling with friends, this hotel would have been fine. The rooms were extremely small and I couldn't even turn around in the shower. Young people wouldn't mind; I did.

The rooms aren’t just dirty, they are actually filthy. Tried to change rooms, but the second room was just as filthy, including the bed sheets. It was obvious that the only thing that had been done was emptying the bins. A large hole in the wall was, believe it or not, covered by two A3 peices of paper. Luckily we barely stayed in the room. The only thing that is positive is that the location of the hotel is close to Paddington stadion in case you come by train from Heathrow, and Lancaster gate Underground is fairly close to Oxford Circus. But this does not change the fact that this is the absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Stay away, the low price is definetely not worth it!

Filthy, cold, bedding and towels smelled of damp. One one, very thin (and smelly) pillow. The dust falling out of the extractor fan in the bathroom when in use left a cover of thick grey particles over the sink and toilet. Only one towel and no bath mat (floor got wet from the shower, so was slippery) small sachet of shower gel was all that was provided. Absolutely no care taken of the room.

Checked-in to the room and it was dirty. Was moved to another room which was also dirty. The night person didn't seem to care or understand. I have photos (over 20 in total) and I am going to complain to the hotel. Absolutely shouldn't have stayed there it was that dirty but didn't have a choice as was in the area for work.

Hotel was a dive, damp everywhere, no power sockets near the bed, bed was like sleeping on neat springs, the shower leaked everywhere and doesn’t drain it turned into a bath

The room was coean but some hairs in the bedding. The bathroom was clean but small and the shelf was falling off the wall. Hairdryer didnt work, but they provided another one. Had a kettle but no cup. They let me have one at reception.

Vorsicht! Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde in der ersten Nacht nicht vergeben. Statt dessen wurde wir in einem extrem muffig stinkenden verschmutzten Keller untergebracht. Offenbar Schimmel unter der Dielung. Dusche und WC waren verschmutzt und völlig ramponiert. Kein Handtuch, keine Seife. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Empfehlung: meiden Sie dieses Haus!
