Du får hvad du betaler for. Rummelig ældre lejlighed, beliggende på crawford place 1-3, lejligheden var en ikke særlig rent, især køkkenet og ovn, var beskidte. gaderne omkring er fyldt med vandpibecafer og en hel del larm, må påregnes, men et stort plus er at den ligger i gå afstand fra oxford Street. 😉

Good but not great.

The apartment at Park View, Kendal St was nothing like the photos on the website - had noisy/squeaky floorboards, lounge bed (couch?) was very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV & the shower head didn't work properly. The apartment location was excellent - very close to Hyde Park & 2 train stations - Edgware Rd & Marble Arch.

Centralt men meget slidt...

God beliggenhed med gå-afstand til Edware Road eller Marble Arch stationerne. Masser af restauranter i gå-afstad i Marylebone området. Tæt på indkøb i supermarked. Lejligheden fremstår dog meget slidt alle steder. Larm fra gaden må påregnes selvom det er 7 sal, primært pga. meget slidte vinduer. Sengene er ikke helt nye :-) Men prisen er så også derefter, så et kort ophold kan anbefales.

Disappointed with the receptionist

When I arrived, I was greeted with a receptionist that was always saying that she was not a staff from Stay in Marble Arch. We were stranded and don't know where to go. She won't allow us to sit at the reception area. The bed was terrible. Can't sleep really well. I think the bedsheets was not clean properly. I've been scratching the whole night everyday. The credit for the wifi was not top up although I informed many times.I have to clear the excess water from the aircon to have it running again after I've made a complain. The rest of the apartment was excellent especially the kitchen.

peut mieux faire

Nous sommes arrivés en retard donc personne pour nous accueillir. Pas de réception. On ne sait pas où on va séjourner c'est la surprise! Appartement spacieux mais manque de propreté et salle de bain à revoir (dans une des deux douches l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas ) le wifi gratuit ne fonctionne pas. C'est dommage parce que l'appartement est bien situé le personnel est agréable mais ne parle pas français.

Basic condition however not enough privacy. Window coverings, especially in the bathroom were poor. No plugs, no fire evacuation information. The apartment was noisy and. Only one set of keys.

Hadde 3 overnattinger der og ble møtt av hyggelige og hjelpsomme mennesker ved overlevering av nøkler . Hadde et flott opphold , gå avstand til Oxford street .

They not where the address is...

Went to address on website, found an empty office, asked a guy outside if he had heard of the apartments and got lucky he was the manager! He took us two streets away to an apartment in a private building. Apartment was old but functional and clean, close to shops etc. Didn't have my phone with me, later found messages he had been ringing me to say I only had a limited time to check in - nothing if any of this mentioned on website. Seems this is a company that rents out selective private apartments in the area, which is fine, but they need to have someone at the office, or at the very least a sign at the office telling you it is the correct place and please phone the manager for check in.

A fuir car voleur parmi le personnel

Nous avons séjournés dans cet appartement du 08 au 12/04/16 et au milieu de notre séjour pendant que nous visitions Londres, quelqu'un est venu dans l'appartement (probablement un membre du personnel) pour voler un sweat qui se trouvait dans le placard... nous l'avons signalé à l'agence qui n'a pas semblée surprise par notre déclaration ce qui laisse penser que cela n'était pas la première fois que cela arrivait mais n'a rien fait... c'est inadmissible de se faire voler des affaires personnelles dans un logement que vous louez et qui est censé être sécurisé !!! donc à fuir absolument si vous ne voulez pas être aussi démuni de vos affaires !!!

Stay near Marble Arch and self-catering

After a quirky Check-in process (this was the only let down- be prepared and organise when you will arrive and how to access the apartment well in advance) the apartment was well appointed and in a good and safe private location. The furnishings and room were very pleasant with tea and coffee in the rooms. There's a late shop nearby on Edgeware Road for your food and drink needs even if you arrive late. NB 'Check-in' facilities close at 9pm.

Fin størrelse - lidt hærget på nogle områder - bl.a. gamle utætte vinduer, der er sat nye indvendige skyderuder som kompensering, køleskabet skulle flåes op, da det gik på skufferne. Men det var super godt at have de ekstra faciliteter der var, dog ikke nogen vaskemaskine som lovet. Rigtigt god beliggenhed.

Bad Experience

I booked with Stay-In Apartments for a three day trip to London with my wife and our 6 month old baby but unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Unclear check-in information, unpleasant staff, flat with a strong cigarette smell… The apartment, it was exactly like the pictures on the Internet and very well located but I would not recommend this company for all the reason listed here above.

Dårlig service i fra utleier

Vi var seks stk på shopping tur til London og bodde i nærheten av Oxford Street. Leiligheten var stor og romslig for seks personer. Tre soverom med greie senger. Grei str på stue og kjøkken med hvitevarer som var fint hvis du selv ønsket å lage mat. Servicen var helt elendig. Han var lite imøtekommende på tlf da han først bare la på røret når vi ikke fant frem til leiligheten. En lokal og vennlig dame hjalp oss frem. Min mor tørr ikke å kjøre heis og når jeg forklarte han dette var det null forståelse. Kun heis opp til 7 etasje. Han hadde et kort til branntrapp som hun ikke fikk lov til å bruke. Det hele endte med at hun fikk panikk og knakk gråtende sammen i heisen så dette ødela turen for henne. Kort vei til handlegatene så det var veldig bra. Bråkete gjennom hele natten da vi fikk med oss alt ifra hovedgaten med mye biler og en del bråk.

Appartment at Kendal road

Clean, very comfortable for three - four persons and in a walking distance from the center. Not luxurius but really a good choice for those who would like to spend the whole day around and relax at the end of the day in a cosy warm small appartment.

Bra lägenhet för en familj på fyra personer, väldigt centralt, rent och bra sängar. 5 minuters promenad till Marble Arch och Oxford Street.

Simple and decent

It was hard to get there without using taxi service which costs £43 single trip. The staff met us at the street corner and brought us to the room which was well furnished with a decent kitchen but nothing that made us feel wowed. The toilet was small for 2 bedrooms but the beds were reasonable comfortable. Wifi was free but signals were inconsistent and weak. We may go back if we needed an apartment for short stay for 5 persons but bear in mind there is no daily clean up service.

Très bien situé et pratique

Appartement très bien situé et pratique, près du métro, propre et fonctionnel. Toutefois nous avons eu quelques problèmes d'électricité durant notre séjour.

Good central base in London

There 4 of us (adults), the basement room we had was great for the 3 days we had it. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, with a sofa bed. It was more than adequate for the time we where there as we did not spend much time in the room. The area is quiet and a 5 minute walk from Baker Street underground and security to room is brilliant, facilities where big Flat screen TV and kitchen. Would recommend for those people who want to use for a base and want to come and go as you want
