Great choice at King's Cross

We had a pleasant stay during our layover. The room does not seem as small as I expected, but it is a fully equipped one. The staff provided a pleasnt and welcoming environment with were friendly and polite, making the experience even better. The location is close to King's Cross Station, which is a great choice for travellers needing an train-adjacent option.

Poor work, only two free bottle waters even we stayed 7 nights there, odor from toilet, sink is unusual small which can’t make your wash your face smoothly, entry may be admitted by staff

It was a great stay for a 2-night period. The place was clean and compact. The staff gave us the essentials. I would recommend it if you need a short stay near King’s Cross station.

Room was clean, however the room was very small, shower was very very small. My room was right next to reception, I could hear reception speaking on the phone from my room, so that wasn't great. The room doors made a huge noise when they close, so got woken up twice for rooms next door opening and closing their rooms. Bed was comfortable. My stay overall was ok, but most likely I'll try somewhere else next time

Just stayed the one night. Left prior to breakfast so can't comment. Booking in straight forward polite staff. We stayed in the basement the room was small but well equipped, but with no wind the room was far to warm even with the A/c on. But clean and functional.

I arroived a few hours early before my check in time but the reception staff were so nice they let me in the room early. Given I was jet lagged this ,made the trip. Clean room - great location - who could ask for more?

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel and I was not expecting that, however my room was on the underground floor (B level) and I could hear doors closing and opening all night long and people being loud. I thought it was another guest but in the morning I realized the employees break room was besides my room and they were the ones making the noise. I did not sleep at all. Accessing the room was hard. No elevator. I had to come downstairs in a very narrow staircase, thankfully I only had one carryon, otherwise there’s no way I would have been able to go down those stairs with a regular size suitcase. The rooms were very small. I mean there was space for the bed which was a little bigger than a twin bed, a very small desk and a chair. The shower was also very small. For reference I’m 5’7 and 120 lbs and I could barely fit there. There’s not way a normal sized man would be able to fit in there. I’m glad I only had to stay there one night. Good thing is accessing the train station was easy and the area is safe and well lit. We had to leave the hotel at 5:15 am and it was still dark but we felt safe.

Newly renovated, staff welcoming but need more knowledge. I booked through the app and paid. However, i got there and it was quedtioned about payment. I showed receipts of payment as proof and was still questioned. Make sure you return keycard or you are charged £20 for not returning it. (Yes it is a plastic normal keycar Room was perfect for sleeping. VERY compact and small. Double bed for an adult is like a single bed. Any more than 1 adult is a squeeze. This said location was perfect and round the corner from Kings Cross. Area has a Tesco, and restaurants and pubs closs by. This was perfect for what i needed which was an overnight stay and meet up with friwnds as the room was just to sleep in and freshen up.

Great location for the train station. Super helpful and friendly staff. The room was small but clean, and a lovely comfy bed. Only thing was the pillows were too fluffy for me.

The first impression is not good as you have to be buzzed in “for safety”. I did stand there for about 2-4 minutes before the desk staff buzzed me in. I was a bit worried. However the room was clean and nice! Great eating options around and it was a 5 min walk from Kings Cross Station. Staff were excellent. A serviceable breakfast was served. I would stay here again if lodgings near Kings Cross were required.

Better than expected! We booked here very last minute after train delays/cancellations left is stranded in central London. For a budget hotel this was a great little spot, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, fresh breakfast. We booked the best room available, I'd say it's worth the extra few quid. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

El hotel se ve recién renovado con camas en instalaciones en buenas condiciones. La ubicación e muy buena ya que está cerca de Kings Cross y se llega a todos lados con mucha facilidad. El regreso al hotel también es muy sencillo al estar cerca de Kings Cross. Los cuartos son muy pequeños pero suficientes solo para dormir. Costo beneficio muy recomendable.
