非常差的酒店，非常差的hotels.com。

非常差的酒店。 1.酒店没有任何标志，完全是普通住宅楼改装的地下旅馆，只有门牌号，非常难找。 2.床上用品很旧，脏，不干净，厨具很脏。 3.酒店的房间在地下室，阴暗。 4.床下部凸起一个很大的台，四个角凸起，不注意就碰到脚，脚被磕破好几次，这床就是一个白痴的设计。 5.卫生间特别小，不到1米宽，1.5米长，洗脸池很小，上面放个玻璃台面，洗脸时不小心就被磕到，要想不磕到头，头就伸到脸盆外面，够不到脸盆，又是一个白痴设计。 6.这个酒店一住进去就想退，可hotels.com平台不退款，hotels.com平台服务非常差，平台除了电话，没有任何联系方式，开发票非常麻烦。以后再也不会在hotels.com定酒店了。

Nice apartment

Great location! 5-10 minutes walk to underground station. 15-20 minutes walk to a mega shopping centre. The apartment had adequate material to be used though it's a self-serviced apartment. However, the shower area was a bit too small even for a slim person. This is an above-average apartment indeed.

“The Worst Accommodation Ever!!!” 最差的酒店, 很嘈吵,很熱!

(1) There is no reception, no service staff. You yourself have to get the room key in the letter box & needed to remember the password. (2) Also, there is no lift or anybody to help with luggage. (3) We stayed here for 5 days, no room service and no cleaning at all, no one replaced toilet paper. (4) We stayed at the Basement 3 (underground floor), which is very hot even on a mild day, no fan or air conditioning to cool it down, (5) meaning windows have to be left open which is very very noisy due to adjacent main road. Both of us couldn’t sleep well. (6) Bed is very hard, surely not comfortable at all. (7) We seem to have lost the key at 10pm and so I sent email to the apartment at once (since no reception at the apartment) and the email auto replied: “This email will be unattended from 6pm until 9am. For emergency contact call +44 7824 990 177. Kind Regards, Reservations Team”. At that time, I was shocked and frustrated. How come?! I don’t have phone card in UK. It nearly ruined my journey as I have photo shooting in the next day! But luckily I found the key, if not, I think I can’t get into my room. (8)Hair dryers and irons are communal and as people don't return them, there were often none available. This accommodation is highly NOT recommended!!

The property itself was functional, clean and comfortable, however, I was provided with a room in the basement directly above the underground, so noise from that prevented me from getting to sleep and woke me much earlier than I would like. There was also significant traffic noise late into the evenings from the busy road outside (sirens, motorbikes, cars with noisy exhausts, etc.).

Great location, midway between Holland Park and Shepherd Bush railway stations. Short walk to local specialty shops and to Westfield Shopping Centre. Not suitable for people who can’t tolerate traffic noise.

Great Location

Easily accessed from Holland Park Tube Station, arrival was straight forward and as described. The room, unfortunately, was stiflingly hot as the blackout blinds had been left up all day (we were an evening arrival) with full sun shining in all day. However, the room was neat, tidy and clean, with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, great pillows, with a good night's sleep only spoilt by the heat and the noise from the occupants of the apartment above. However, that aside would definitely consider staying again.

Lovely location, clean and spacious apartment.

Very easy directions to access the apartment, location was stunning, clean and spacious room. Had a small problem with the shower drainage which was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I missed was a bedside lamp, although it is fitted with spotlights that illuminate both sides of the bed, but they were rather too bright if the partner was trying to sleep.

Great location 😃

I was my second time in the hotel and at same Room, overlooking Holland park avenue, and the small garden opposite. The hotel is located close to the tube station, walking distance to Westfield in Shepherds bush. Would be great if windows were double glazing, however most of London hotels are not. Sure, I would stay there again.

Lovely stay at Holland Park

It was my second stay at St James House in Holland Park. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well supplied, the neighbourhood is lovely with shops and easy access to the bus and Central subway line. Excellent value.

Quick work trip and better than the nearby hotel!

Great location and well-equipped. However, it is a small studio (and the bathroom is tiny!) but for one person or a couple it's fine. The only real drawback is that since it is on the lower ground floor, you can hear the underground, other residents and street noise. Would stay again but prefer an upper unit.

Clean, Convenient and Great Value Apartment

We booked the accommodation for a short stay in London. It was convenient for both tube and buses into the city centre and had a great choice of eateries close by. It was easy to find and easy to access. All the pre-arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, as was the bathroom and was just what we needed for the stay. We had room 5 (ground floor) and the only negative points were that the bed was a very creaky and there was a lot of traffic noise. We fully appreciate that it’s a busy road in London and our home is in the Highlands of Scotland so everything is relative. In short. Great value for money and was all we needed for our stay
