The accommodations were perfectly adequate for my needs (an overnight stay for an event at the O2 Arena). Thankfully, I had a balcony, which provided plenty of ventilation in the non-air-conditioned room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was not able to stay in the property and had to find other accomadation for the night. I was on the ground floor and the fire exit was in my room. The window opened fully out and the surroundings seemed very unsafe. I want a full refund as I did not stay the night.

Very nice room, and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Within walking distance to the train station, which we did every day to see different parts of London. Many little restaurants around the hotel to get a quick bite to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised at how tastefully the room is freshly renovated. The manager was also very professional and treated me like he valued my business. I stayed at the annex across the street from the main building and the manager walked me over there after check in and helped me with my luggage up the 3 flight of stairs. There is no elevator. He also offered me repeatedly to help me with my luggage when I was checking out. The neighborhood looks a little blighted.
