Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Lovely view from bedroom to the little park opposite. Clear communication by email re check-in/leaving. Close to tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Little gem of a place

Surprisingly well appointed v compact apartment close to Edware Rd tube It had most things you needed ( bar a kift!) In a compact space and was beautifully clean. My only negative was the bed...one of the hardest beds ive ever slept in.

Nice park views and close to Edgware Rd and Paddington Stations. Construction going on next door, but mainly during work hours and not too obtrusive. Kitchen was wonderful to have - would definitely stay again!

The space was clean and for a short business stay it is perfectly located in the city near plenty of transport links. Apartment 4 has loose light switch fitting, sockets that did not work and the bed is in need of a new mattress. The pillow quality was very high & good shower pressure. Coffee pods a nice surprise!

Slightly out of the way but very quiet, roomy, clean, and easy to check in and out seamlessly. Super soft bedding! Only issue and it knocked it down was the actual bed. It’s 4 inches of extra firm mattress on IKEA wooden slats. We could feel the slats as well slept. It was so uncomfortable it became a kind of joke the whole trip. Like we can stay out and spend money or we can go back and go to sleep in the bed. Oof we will stay out lol.

Whilst I quite enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things that weren’t very good - for context I was staying in a ground floor flat facing the street… once it gets dark, there are lights that shine on the building all night, which no timer or anything. There are no block out blinds, just wooden boards that you pull out, which don’t do a great job at keeping the light out - this means that the light shines on you all night. I’m quite a heavy sleeper so this wasn’t a massive issue for me, but for others I can foresee this being an issue. The only other issue I had was as that the heating seemed to be controlled centrally - the thermostat didn’t seem to work. As I was in a ground floor flat, whilst you could crack the window,, because it was ground floor, and street facing you could leave it open all night (there was no notch to prevent people from breaking in). Other than that, this is a well located flat close to public transport - so long as you chose a slightly different room or can get over the things I’ve mentioned, you’ll be fine.

A nice compact apartment at the top of a lot of stairs. Communicatios were excellent and access to the unmanned apartment was really easy. The only downside was the ridiculously hard materess which was a solid block.

The apartment was quite small and lacked a few necessities for self catering eg there was no toaster. The location was convenient to the underground and Paddington. There were quite a few restaurants close by. Unfortunately there was no airconditioning although a fan was supplied. the road nearby was very noisy so you couldnt leave the window open at night for fresh air.

The building and space is fine however the furnishings are poor quality. The bed is particularly uncomfortable with a cheap mattress as is the sofa. There is no toaster or grill as the microwave grill is too high to be of use with no rack. Poorly equipped/basic for the cost.

Tiny room with too much squashed in. You had to walk across the room to turn the light out and then find the bed in the dark. Luckily that wasn’t an issue as the badly feeling blind let lots of light from the street in. Feels like they’re cyclically trying to fleece customers.
