Great value

Very warm welcome from the friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy. The location is perfect as it's 2 mins walk from the underground station where the Piccadilly and the district lines run. We loved it and if we need to be in the area again, we know where we'll stay! Highly recommend.

Ok for location and price

Safe place, close to shops pub and fooderies. No lift not good when you're room if 4 floors up. Room Ok, comfy bed but no flannel or milk despite being a kettle with coffee ? Tube 3 minutes walk

Mold in the shower, tiles appear to be barely hanging on to the ceiling, no vent fan in the bathroom (probably the cause of the mold in the bathroom), shower could definitely use new shower heads (they were heavily calcified), no filtered fresh water source (no water fountain, icemaker, or water bottle refill station), there is not someone on staff 24/7. I think I only saw a receptionist twice during my whole stay (both times he was in the office with the door shut), NO PARKING. Pros: close walking distance to food and grocery stores, if you have a car and need to park there is a parking lot by Hotel Lily and it’s relatively cheap compared to other places (£32 for 2 days), comfy bed.

The property is in a great location for Earls Court tube. It's a quiet modest place to stay in need of some modernisation. It was clean and comfortable

Convenient

This hotel is convenient to Earls Court station. The rooms are clean and furniture is in keeping with the style of property. Towels and bed linen changed daily, Wi-fi and TV good. Room has windows and very quiet area

This was clearly a budget hotel, decor in the public area was very tired. The room was a little better, the beds were comfortable & the bathroom was clean & modern with an ok shower. We dropped an earring & had to move the bedside cabinet to retrieve it & found a fast food sauce packet & very dirty skirting board so the cleaning was not very thorough. The hotel was in a good location which suited our needs & overall the price fairly reflected the quality of the hotel

Hôtel trés bien situé, calme et propre. La literie est très confortable. Une chaise dans la chambre et des patères dans la salle de bain seraient appreciables. Au dernier étage, la connexion wifi est un peu faible. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.

Die Unterkunft erfüllt alles, was man sich für den Preis vorstellt. Mit der U-Bahn (Station Earl‘s Court) schnell zu erreichen und zahlreiche Pubs und andere Essensangebote fußläufig vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage gab es auch einen Föhn für unser Zimmer. Das Bad wurde täglich geputzt und auch sonst war der Zustand des Zimmers super. Einziges Manko war, dass die Laken nicht gewechselt wurden, obwohl sie offensichtlich nicht mehr sauber waren.

Positivo. Personal muy amable, cama de matrimonio cómoda y te guardan el equipaje gratis antes del check-in y después del check-out. Negativo. No tragaba el sumidero de la ducha y la cama supletoria incómoda.

Hårda sängar, slitet överlag, det var lätt att välta extra sängen. Vi hade svårt att använda laddare till mobilen även fast det stod att det skulle fungera på ett av uttagen.

チェックインはスタッフがすぐに対応してくれてスムーズ。建物は比較的古いけれども、部屋はきれいで清潔感はある。スーツケースを開けても十分なスペースがあり、ゆっくりと過ごせる。周辺は窓を開けてもとても静かで、心地よい時間を過ごせました。最上階（３階）の部屋でしたが、リフトはないため、スーツケースを持って階段を上がるのは少し大変。

Great walkup hotel in Kensington

Clean, well-maintained hotel in older building, convenient walking distance to the Kensington museums, and 2 blocks from the Piccadilly and District lines. Perfect for my purposes of a quiet, comfortable, warm place to sleep on a solo walking-based tour of London. Furnishings old but serviceable. Water temperature and pressure ideal. Staff, especially Nina, polite and responsive. To enjoy staying at this hotel, you do need to be comfortable climbing stairs, since there is no lift. If you use CPAP or other bedside electric appliance, be sure to bring your extension cord, since the closest electric outlet is on the other side of the room.
