Great location, especially if you are doing hop on, hop off tours. There is a stop about a 5 min walk from it. Plus several coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Really appreciated the xxxl towels in the bathroom.

Cool place in a great location, right on the water. Loved the living space but felt that the sofa could have been comfier. Check-in was 4pm which meant we had to find some activities to keep us occupied during the day to kill time (my fault as I assumed check-in was generally 3pm). Unfortunately there were two fire alarms in the morning, one of which woke up my partner who wasn't feeling well. The staff were amazingly kind though and gave us a 12pm checkout to help her get some more sleep before our busy day in the city.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel. It's perfectly located. It's not fancy but it has a kitchen and fridge and it's clean, comfortable and it's our goto for a great hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Locke at Broken Wharf. The staff is great, there is a coffee shop on site and lots of areas to just sit and relax. The apartment was lovely, comfortable bed, good wifi, great shower. The location cannot be beat, steps from the Millennium Bridge and Saint Paul’s. Great transportation connections being near a Tube station and lots of bus routes. The only downside to my stay was noise from cars racing on the road seem to funnel down and was quite loud with the windows open. Nothing they could do about that but something to note if you are staying on the west side of the building.

Great location. Appreciated the kitchenette The river view studio I was given had only a partial view, smelled awful and had someone else's food in the fridge. I could hear loud talking from below through the windows and worried about sleeping. When I requested another room, I was told none were available and to check back the next day. I prepared to leave the property and another room then became available; however, I needed to pay an additional 40+ pounds per night, which I preferred to finding a new spot near dark. The more expensive room was nicer with a river view. Lamp was not usable with European plug, no dishtowel but it was fine although more expensive than it was worth at over $300 per night US.

Our group had five rooms here. We were not aware ahead of time that the beds were pushed against the wall so inconvenient if there were two people in the room. The halls were very, very dark with a small light above each entry door. The elevator was difficult to operate. The staff was very kind and tried to be helpful. The location was excellent for our needs. The kitchen was well supplied with what we needed.

The hotel in itself and the room are very modern and clean. However, we got a studio room on the first floor, and it was really noisy. We could hear the music from reception downstairs, and water down the drains throughout the day. Also, we had a nicely equipped small kitchen but no table/chairs to eat, only a couch & coffee table, which was not really practical.
