Horrible experience. Firstly, the studio was advertised as a bed and a SOFA BED. However, it was just a regular couch. Second, the said they would send us entry instructions and the door code but never did, and we were stuck waiting on the street for half an hour while somebody walked over to give us a key and the code verbally. Then, the wifi did not work. After going back and forth through messenger, they sent someone to check it out. I was in the shower, and they only talked to my dad and tried to convince him the wifi was only not working because he had his data on. I am Gen Z, and have connected to the wifi all over the world. This was a blatant lie; they had just not turned the wifi on for us. When I got out I was able to connect to the wifi without changing any settings, and undid all the changes this building employee did to my father’s phone and the wifi was fine.
Worst of all, the power went out on our first night. Then, our toilet flooded and sewage was leaking all over the floor. We had to use our towels to block it from flooding the rest of the studio, and we’re told to “wash them ourselves” and when I said that in unacceptable they said “one towel per person.” This is the worst customer service I have ever received, especially considering the cost of the stay. My requests for a transfer or refund went unanswered. They dried the flop but it smelled like sewage and not cleaner so I doubt they actually sanitized anything. The toilet continued to have a slow leak.
