Loved the location and the staff were wonderful! Being so close to everything, we were worried that there would be too much noise from the street, but the reinforced windows kept the sound down and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we were so glad it was in operation until 11am!

The hotel is facing Hyde Park and very near two different tube stations. Since we happened to be there on a very warm day, we were glad for the air conditioning. The included breakfast was good and had sufficient options for my vegan diet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer all our questions. We got there before check-in time on an oven flight from the United States, and while our room was not yet ready, we were able to leave our bags with them while we went out to explore Hyde Park.

Computer system down for check in. While they did store our bags and we went out hoping their problems would be better upon return it still took nearly 30 minutes to check in. Room issues - one outlet didn’t work beside bed, tv not working and fridge overheating and smelled hot. Second day they did fix tv and outlet, not fridge and though they cleaned the bathroom and coffee area they did not make the bed. It was a convenient location. But consider your options.
