Great hotel for our family vacation. Location is great, across the street from the tube station. The area is very nice with lots of dining options, and close walk to South Kensington and Hide Park. The room was good size for our family of 4 (2 children 9 and 15). AC worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall great stay and will certainly stay again in our next visit to London.

Well the warm cookies alone on arrival, each time we talked to reception, and departure are enough to have me back! But cookies aside, the hotel is a true gem in Kensington. Situated opposite Gloucester Road underground station, it's very very convenient for those visiting the museums, and Kensington Gardens. The hotel room we stayed in was immaculate, and had enough space for the cot for our baby whilst also having additional floor space. We were on the fifth floor and could not hear the street traffic, it was very quite. We did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that, but all the staff were wonderful and the public spaces were immaculate - would definitely stay again.

I judge a hotel room by how much light is in the bathroom. I like to see every wrinkle and hair. My bathroom was very dark. The only place I could properly see myself was in the mirrors of the very bright elevators. The gym was not properly fitted out with equipment, my opinion. And it was being used by what appeared to be outside trainers and their clients. The hotel is clean and in a great location, but next time I’ll try the Radisson which is right next door.

Fantastic hotel. Close to the underground (tube) station and took us 20 min to be anywhere in London. Excellent location with grocery stores, restaurants and nice neighborhood around. Also the Natural History Museum is like 5 min walking distance We stayed as a family and loved it.

This was a great hotel right by a tube station. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. They did have a an option for breakfast but I don’t use it. I had a drink at the bar and the staff there was nice as well. Overall a great stay!

Excellent location. Near the Natural History Museum. But the two-floor bedroom offers only one good bed. The other bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Much too expensive for what it's worth. Other than that, the cleaning staff did a great job and were very friendly.
