Nice and clean hotel. Shower and air conditioning are good. The location is good. We can go to the LHR airport easily and this is the reason I choose it. The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is no complaint and I sure will come back next time.

Rude manner of the male staff(manager) at counter made us feel uncomfortable when check-in. We had luggages moving from the car, but he just stood there and without giving a helping hand. When seeking of information about transport to airport, didn't really give any support but also in a unfriendly manner. Fortunately, the female staff at day and night time were very good. Single room was too small even a normal suitcase could not be opened. Hard to pack our belongings when check out. Good location, just 5 minutes walk to Paddington station.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from London Paddington Station, which is a main station for trains, metro and Heathrow Express from/to airport. The location is super convenient for going to other parts of London or nearby areas. I arrived the hotel at around 10:15am and was glad that I would be able to check in my room. The size of single room was not large, but it was sufficient for me to place my large luggage. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast provided was with sufficient variety. I did not use the free wifi and therefore could not comment. It should be noted that this hotel has a lift, for me this is one important factor as I was carrying a heavy luggage. For the price I paid I would select this hotel again if I came back to London!

Near Paddington or Lancaster Gate Station- I do early check in at 8:30am Easy to go out everywhere!! Lovely room, clean, TV, free wifi, good bath room and continental breakfast also free for you. I do highly recommend u to stay here

RUN from this hotel!! do not expect it to be a Days Inn as you know it. I can’t believe I paid over $250 a night for this dump. It’s a 100 plus year-old barely refurbished house with teeny tiny rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work. The windows don’t close. You get one rough towel. There’s nothing other than hand soap. The rooms are 10 x 8 if that. The first room (which I refused to take Was down one floor then down three halls, past an open supply closet with mop and bucket hanging out and maybe 6 x 6 with a cot in it. Not even a Window.) I wouldn’t even walk in it. The staff was very unhelpful. Stay away from this place. Days Inn should be ashamed to have their name on this.

We stayed at the Days Inn for 5 nights. Location of the hotel is amazing : close to many shops, restaurants, Paddington Station, metro and buses. Staff at the front was awesome and always very friendly My only small complaint was the room wasn’t the cleanest (hair round the toilet , dust, etc) Otherwise we had a great stay!

The hotel was situated in a really good location, extremely close to Hyde Park. Room was a decent size beds were clean and comfortable but general cleanliness was questionable. Staff were very attentive, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was ok if you’re happy with a selection of bread (no rolls or pastries), cold boiled eggs, cheap cereal, yoghurt, cheese, ham or salami - that’s it in a nutshell.
