The room that we had was very nice and roomy. It has kitchenette and provided with b’fast food and water bottle in a good size fridge, warm bread in the morning at your doorstep. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing was the flight of long and narrow steps up, inconvenient to carry a large and heavy luggage up to 2nd or 3rd floor, but the staff helped carry . There’s washer and dryer that I wished we had time to do laundry. We only spent 1 night . About 20-25 min walk to the Grand Place and close to the train station 5-7 min walk.

This was our second stay here and quite honestly cannot speak highly enough about the hotel. Perfect position and yes the rooms are small but perfect for an overnight stay. And by the way they are gorgeous. What makes it though are the front desk staff. Very friendly and welcoming!

This hotel had a great location -train station for us. If you're not planning to spend much time in your room, the rooms are small but super clean this is a great reasonably priced hotel. We really picked it for location as we were up very early in the morning out all day and back late. The only negative I could say was that there's no space to put anything. The sink is just a bowl so no countertop for any toiletries. The shower was great but again no area to put any clothes that you were changing into except on top of the toilet seat. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is the perfect hotel for an overnight stay as we were catching the train at St Pancras station. The room was very clean and very comfortable. They will even store your luggage at no cost if your train leaves later in the day. We definitely would stay here again!
