The location is excellent you are right in the heart of Paddington with the train and the tube so close it’s really convenient. Staff were friendly A mini fridge would be useful and ceiling fan for hot days but a very nice place to stay , safe area and tidy

The location was ideal for quick access to Paddington station, Kensington gardens and Hyde park. Our bottom floor room had a lot of noise coming from the nearby London Underground line from quite early until quite late but for a single night stay this didn't bother us too much. The room was clean but looked like it could use a few visual repairs.

The hotel was lovely, we found it to be quiet and clean and everything we wanted for a budget stay in London. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the tube and trains. We walked into London which was great seeing different sights.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Was allowed to get into the room early. Close to Paddington Station, which is a plus, however you can feel the vibrations and sounds from the underground trains. They do not have ice. Our room was very small, but that was expected. However, not enough hot water for a shower. I did not like having to turn in the room key each time we left the hotel room.
