Es un apartamento muy básico con una entrada horrible. Estaba limpio y muy bien comunicado pero le faltan cosas básicas como una cafetera, colgadores de toallas o algún sitio en el baño donde dejar los neceseres. 130€ al día es caro para lo básico que es.

Don't bother!

There is no one to contact at this hotel unless it is an emergency. The microwave did not work. Water leaked from the floor above through the fire detector into the hallway. We were advised to ensure all windows were locked, although it was impossible to lock one in the living area. You were expected to strip the beds and sweep the floor before you left, I think they forgot we were actually paying to stay there!

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was clean and very spacious - much more than we had expected. We had issues with the wifi for the first 3 days but when it was fixed it worked perfectly. The shower was fantastic. Would stay again

Genoten van ons verblijf in Acces Shephard Bush

Heel prettig appartement met meer dan voldoende ruimte voor ons vieren. Prima gelegen met aan de overkant van de straat de ingang van de metro en om de hoek een supermarkt. Het appartement heeft 5 losse bedden in 2 slaapkamers die desgewenst gekoppeld kunnen worden, ideaal. De huiskamer bevat een keuken, tv en zelfs een wasmachine. Wij vonden het echt een aanrader.

PRO: Comodo e pulito appartamento su due piani in zona 2 di Londra (Hammersmith-Sheperd Bush) , periferica e multietnica, ma molto tranquilla. Dotato di due camere da letto, tre bagni e soggiorno con angolo cottura. Il WI-FI funziona benissimo. La fermata della Metro (Goldhawk Road) è proprio dall'altro lato della strada. Adiacente all'appartamento c'è un market della catena Sainsbury aperto dalle 7,00 alle 23,00. CONTRO: mancava la pentola per cucinare la pasta, solo un asciugamano a testa. Consigliato.

Good prices with extras

Getting to the first location to pick up keys was a little difficult to find. The stairs on this property are outside the building, but covered. We needed four keys to enter the property. On entering the apartment (unit 9) discovered it was split level. The photos on the website are generic, not the actual layout of the property, although the furniture looked the same. Our apartment had two bedrooms: the downstairs room had the bunk bed and the upstairs room (attic with low ceiling) had three beds. The upstairs bedroom also had a bathroom! The downstairs bathroom had a separate toilet and shower. One shower was slow draining and flooded the bathroom. I reported this to management who said they only work 9am-5pm. The kitchen had all the basics but the tin opener didn't work. I reported this, but it was never replaced. One of the mirrors bowed out of its frame. I reported this twice because no one picked it up after my first call. All of these issues could have been dealt with more swiftly if there was onsite management. There is a Sainsbury's directly underneath the building. There is also a Tesco's nearby. The Shepherd's Bush Markets are right next door to the block. Access to Goldhawk Road tube station is directly opposite. I'm not sure how clean the kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, etc were because there were no cleaning items provided. I expected a welcome pack on arrival with dishwashing liquid, a sponge, maybe some tea/coffee, toiletries and washing powder.
