Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. " What I like is only one thing(close to the Niagara fall) It’s only take 5 min to get there. The property is old and needs renovations. I can here squeeky sound every step and neiborhood is not very good. I can smell weeds at the street. Parking is ridiculaous, it’s alternate side street parking without any evident signs. Even the property owner did not notify it. Just got ticket."
