「I think we were upgraded but the room was not double checked - one shower was clean and the other one was not cleaned at all there was hair all over the shower floor and near the toilet as well. The room was very cold and the heating barely worked but thankful for the small heater.」

「What a great hotel Room was perfect. The whole hotel was spotless. There was some sort of tournament involving kids. We never heard a sound! Great front desk staff!」

「When we traveled the wind gusts were intense so the power at the hotel went out for nearly 24 hours. It made getting ready the following day very challenging. The pool was also closed for the length of our stay which was very frustrating for our kids. I wish I would have known that prior to booking this hotel. Despite the power outage, the staff was very kind to our family offering lanterns, playing cards and coffee from a local coffee shop in the morning. 」
