「All staff I had contact with were professional, friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of my room and the hotel overall was excellent. Some bits of the hotel are dated or needing maintenance but not to a degree that affected my stay. Would highly recommend 」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
