「This is not a hotel, more like a holiday camp without the red coats. Tired paintwork and unkept grounds. Fire alarm went off at 7.30 am !! Couldn't get tea or coffee after 8.45pm as facilities closed at 9pm. Not a good experience.」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
