"Hotel rooms were bit dated, the air con was very old and loud. The main lifts were not working. Think hotels needs a make over. "

"It looks and feels very tired and in need of an up lift to bring up to a good standard. Feels like it’s stuck in the 1980’s still. Not happy to have to pay to park either. "

"Lovely location with beautiful views and a short drive to wonderful beaches. Food in the bar and restaurant was very underwhelming - basic bar/pub food on a par with a chain pub. Very clean thoughout, cosy bar and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Staff - almost all lovely and helpful although some of the younger waiting staff in the restaurant were pretty miserable and going through the motions at best. Overall a lovely place to stay and the beautiful Gower."

"Central location, lots is amenities around. staff lovely & helpful & friendly. Accommodation immaculate, very clean. Everything you would want. Breakfast was gorgeous lots of options. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent stay. We’re back on the 4th May, looking forward to returning. "

"The staff was really friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. Rooms are on the large side, location is very strategic and the complimentary breakfast was very good."

"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

"My stay was lovely the room needed a bit of tlc but bed was really comfortable and room was cleaned. Staff were very attentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. This is my second stay in a couple of years and would almost definitely book again. The lift was being refurbished but was notified of this in ample time that I could have cancelled my stay but as this was not a problem for myself to climb the stairs I continued with my booking. "
