"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. "We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "Great location for visitng Conwy. our room was on the side facing the road and it was noisy in the morning- despite the ear plugs provided by the hotel. however, it was a very pleasant stay overall "

"The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!"
