lovely location, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. little disappointed that our 'deluxe' room had a view over the fire escape and a fire door which meant an omnipresent green fire escape light, didnt detract from lovely stay but would ask for a forwadr facing room if were to stay again
Wonderful staff! No problem changing my room to a low floor due to health problems. Lovely breakfast served by lovely staff, very efficient. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again!
Pros- friendly reception staff, nice breakfast, sea view and comfy mattress
Cons- bathroom is incredibly small, room has many signs of wear and tear, water pressure cut out almost completely during shower
This is a guest house not a full service hotel and is clearly living off past accolades under previous owners
The location is great and we paid extra for sea views but our room was a little tired and the en suite was tiny the smallest I can ever recall
Breakfast looked ok if you like a full cooked one but there was no effort to provide for those who take a light breakfast just cereal and toast no nice pastries or fresh prepared fruit
We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel and it did not represent good value

Parking was a problem. Staff amazing, room beautiful, not very disabled friendly re mobility.
The staff where very friendly and helpful however this hotel was not clean at all carpets need a good clean curtains dirty. I'm only being honest on the experience we had hotel needs a revamp very dated.
The property is centrally located, and parking is available on request. The staff are very helpful. Although there is no lift in the property, everything else was good.
Great 1-night stay. Friendly and helpful staff, great room with view over the promenade, cosy and clean. Everything you needed including coffee pod machine in the room for the early risers. Breakfast was fantastic and speedy!
Super hotel, great breakfast. Staff was super helpful with making dairy free English breakfast and went above and beyond to find milk for their cereal. Clean rooms, nicely decorated, quiet hotel and stunning location.

The Hotel is situated in an excellent position right on the beach, near the Pier and all the shops, restaurants and cafes.
Our room was on the 3rd floor with a sea view and no lift. It was a trek to get to and from our room as we are getting older. The room, bed and view were good. The shower and cubicle have seen better days and the mould in the shower base could/should have been cleaned or removed. The shower head hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Tea/coffee facilities were good and replaced daily.
Breakfast were good with a choice of full English, fruit, cereal options.
Room was serviced only on request.
Overall good value for money as a base to explore Northern Wales.
