The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent from checking in to leaving. The cooked breakfast was the highlight, as good as I have tasted.
Overall a very pleasant stay, decent sized room, clean, shower rail needed fixing though, breakfast good, staff friendly and attentive, would definitely return.Close to shops and promenade.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Nice place to stay, close enough to everything. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Value for money, clean rooms. Though the seagull ( we were on the top floor) sat outside on the window ledge woke us up early! Lovely breakfast. Nice bar area & service & outside seating. Easy check in & out. We managed to get the one space left on the road outside which was SO lucky. Parking is hit & miss youβll have park on adjacent roads & search for a space. Lots of places to eat & drink nearby. Good location would go again.
Great location, excellent professional service. Fantastic restaurant and bar. Food really well done. Rooms good value for money with all facilities and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Bad cleanliness Brilliant staff service poor Clean
The three members of staff Tony Eleanor and Jade were So very polite Happy and Helpful people. The food we had at night was excellent as was the Breakfast The very Sad part was the Cleaning the cleaners were not washing the sinks showers or toilet area on top of the cistern was covered in junks of Dust for tthe four consecutive days my sink was stained the whole four days I was there my Dirty towels which Iβd left on the floor ready for them to take down next morning were left on the floor twice I had to take them down to the staff who apologised And gave me clean ones very sad that the manager is not tackling the cleaning conditions in his Hotel As that let it down badly But the three Staff members were Brilliant and went out of theyβre way to make our stay a good one Mrs C Morgan .
Staff friendly, food excellent. Beds comfortable but room could do with a mirror near a socket so you could see to dry your hair. Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom or in shower could do with a shelf to put shower gel etc., on.
Warm welcome, room great, bed comfy - spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Good location, parking easy within a 5 min walk. Thanks for a lovely stay.
A lovely and friendly place. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were polite and offered very quick service.
It was very well managed with Covid-19 rules and social distancing done very well.
We would definitely come back!
Our first time at The Post House and we made the right choice - from the friendliness of all the staff, the superb breakfast, the hotel comfort & decor, to it's central location - we had an enjoyable stay and highly recommend.
We stayed two nights in a triple room at the Sunnyside. Martin ,the owner was very friendly and helped us with finding places to eat. The room was cosy and warm and excellent value for money . The breakfast was brilliant , perfect poached eggs! Had a great weekend ,thankyou.
I have travelled here as family, with two rooms. We are very happy with our stay at the Sunnyside, three night stay. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast very nice. Lovely lounge...and nice looking at the leaflets here. Love the art work relating to Alice and wonderland. Clean and friendly. We would definitely like to return.
I loved the homely feel of this property! I wanted a place to just relax away from home, and this was definitely a good choice. It was quiet considering how close it is to the main city centre. The staff were lovely, and I've told them I'll be staying here if/when I come to Llandudno again.
It was clean and I felt safe, and these are key points for me.
