「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「很推薦這家飯店，很棒很新且乾淨舒適，人員和善很幫忙，也協助訂西西里島及GOZO 行程，住房費用合理，早餐好吃，在街道上的飯店總是人來人往，怕吵的人可以請飯店安排高樓層及靠邊間的房間，街角的AVENUE餐廳是同一家老闆，有住房可以有10%折扣，不收手續費及服務費，份量多且好吃，天天去吃海鮮真想念，這飯店環境好地理位置佳，下次有去馬爾它一定會再入住。」

「Stort men ändå smidigt och välfungerande. Bra frukostbuffé, rymliga rum med stor balkong, flera restauranger och barer. Den ena poolen har 16-årsgräns vilket är väldigt skönt när man själv reser utan barn. Stort plus för det! 」
