「We stayed three nights. They did not make up our room or change towels after the first night. We complained when we returned Saturday evening and were given towels by the front desk clerk (it was too late for maid service), but we were blamed for the problem. The clerk said we had clothes on the bed WHICH WE DID NOT, but they still didn't change towels. They said we didn't notify them that we wanted our room serviced by putting out a door tag requesting it. The only door tag for our room was one...

「They had one bartender working while it was free drink night and also she was in charge of taking dinner orders. No staff in the restaurant and the poor girl must have had 100 people waiting for a drink. Manager should’ve been helping out.」
