「Hair in shower 」

「The room was very clean. Cable television had tons of channels. The pool was huge. The staff was super friendly and helpful.」

「The spigot fell off when we used the shower. The room was ok clean and the bathroom needed updated and cleaned. Breakfast was typical continental style but the fruit and yogurt was out when we went. Someone brought more out by the time we were ready to leave. It seemed they were only putting 2 of each item or so out at a time so it seemed easy to run out quickly. The ice machine didn't work so one of the maintenance workers said we might be able to get ice at the front desk but there was no...

「I’ve stayed here before so know the hotel pretty well. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I can’t fault them or the site for, and even though it was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel it didn’t make much difference to our trip. The hotel still has the old name on the sign, which threw me for a moment, but the picture is the same. The rooms need a little bit of work but for what we needed it was good.」

But the worst was the guests who checked in the room beside me and accross from me were together and were back and forth and loud and stomping around until 3 am!」
