「Better communication and transparency could be improved, about the rules at the searching before reservation and after booking. I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay with my Service Dog, to feel safe and avoid issues (regardless is Service Dog). The place charged $45 fee per dog and apparently per night. Any of this isn’t mentioned during the searching and/or after the booking. Only after the cancellation window passed and the check in, when I find out about this fee, but I thought was...

「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」
