「We (my son and I) booked a twin bedded room but it was a double. The assistant manager gave us a second room for the first night and sorted out the twin for our second plus offered me a complimentary drink. It was an error on their part but we were impressed with how well they handled the situation.」

「Lovely rooms geat value for money. Food was lovely. Bar staff could have been better, didnt have any prosecco in fridge and didbt seem to want to use initiative to solve the issue with ice bucket and ice also told us we could finish our drinks outside at end of night - weird. 」

「We went there with some friends for an afternoon tea which was fantastic, the food was lovely. We stayed overnight and our room was very spacious clean and tidy. The only thing I would say was the spa area was terrible, the changing rooms were not very nice, the changing room doors were broken, the lockers were in a terrible state and the windows around the pool had lots of leaks, moldy and not fitted properly. But otherwise all good. 」
