「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. 「This location has an indoor pool- fully heated- sometimes it is not open- the other tech center location has the unheated pool. Pool is in the center of the hotel- very visible. Beautiful shared spaces. Great, friendly staff. Cookies are good but not warm!」

「Loved our stay here. We came in late at night & Joshua at the front desk greeted us and checked us in fast and easy. He told us where all amenities were, very friendly :) My sisters & I are visiting from NYC. We came for sightseeing like the red rocks at the amphitheater which was about a 15 min drive. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were very surprised to have a kitchen with fridge microwave dishwasher anddd stove (nyc could never). Beds were so comfortable although I do wish the covers were...
