"Furniture was showing wear and tear. Several pieces had broken corners. The carpet seemed new, but there was a smell. Had to summon staff at check in at 3:45 pm. Never saw staff at desk again."

"The only negative would be that there were a lot of steps! A lot of steps leading into the house and then a lot of steps leading up to the room. This will not keep us away and I understand it’s the makeup of the house. Beautiful home."

"It’s annoying that when booking the property it says a message comes up saying there’s no pool, and when you try to message the hotel to ask a question you don’t get an answer- then when we got there the indoor pool was open and when I asked about they said it was Expedia not updating there website but like what’s the point of messaging the hotel on the app if no one is answering them? "
