The hot tub was not working. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I felt a discount should be given for this. The hotel could have emailed before our arrival, so I could have stayed at a different hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is definitely aging and in need of some deep cleaning.

Overall, happy with my stay. A couple odd things that stuck out were Parking was pretty limited & my room was very humid. Everything felt damp & even my Birkenstock sandals were damp the next morning. Staff seemed nice overall.

Nice, modernized hotel across the street from casino and Fun City (easy walk). Hotel was very busy on a Monday night, which is great to see. In spite of being full, it was really quiet in the guest rooms. My only complaint was that the smoking patio is in the front of the hotel (in front of many guest rooms). We had a strong smoke smell in our 3rd floor room which was directly above the patio. Everything else was great - comfortable, clean.

Room we received first was very dirty. Requested a different room. Got upgraded to suite which was excellent except for group of women in room next to us who partied at 1:30 am. Woke us up. Banged on wall to stop them. Lots of street noise and a car alarm during night too.

It looked like a beautiful property when we went in to check in, man at front desk was very kind.There were 5 of us for our room, we only had towels for 3 people, went to use hideabed & it moved away from wall & it had not been cleaned underneath for some time it looked like. We always get hotels that come with breakfast included, there was no coffee, we went down at 8:30 & there were just a few things to eat, nothing had been filled, a lot of unhappy people, very poor service, we waited for sometime & then just left.We paid a lot of money for one night $274.45.
