「Our overall stay was great, the property was clean and beautiful and our room was clean & gorgeous. There were many pools and although the resort seemed full it was never crowded. Our first morning we went to the on site restaurant, beautiful view on the beach but the service was disappointing. After waiting upwards of 10 minutes to be acknowledged our server took our order, brought us coffee then checked on us 3x in 40 minutes...no food to check on despite the 4 surrounding tables who sat...

「The property was vast and beautiful, but there was no place to sit and rest. It was over 200 yds from my hotel to the beach, there was not one bench or chair along the way to rest there were side walks everywhere thru the hotel buildings the pools the activities area but no place to sit down I was tired when I reached the beach.」

「The grounds need a complete overhaul with cleanup and new landscaping. Why can't the old restaurant be fixed up? The pool could use a foam handle on the metal handrail into the pool. The tiki bar in back should be open every night as people went to watch the sunset. The hotel floor in our room was dirty. Filters on the air conditioners needed to be cleaned. The smell was bad that came out of the air conditioners.」

「Utilizo a rede HAMPTON a mais de 20 anos e pela primeira vez nao foi satisfatória. Falta modernização e melhor controle, principalmente na limpeza e higiene. Os aparelhos de ar condicionados antigos, barulhentos e imundos....com uma luz olhei internamente as alhetas e fiquei bem decepcionado com o q vi internamente. Cafe da manha razoável, bem padrão continental. Localização EXCELENTE!!! Com as redes novas entrando no mercado exigirao mudancas....so aguardar」

「It was fantastic, good quality, comfortable and we will happily go back. One strange downside is there is a phenomenon at the natural beach on the property that smells terrible. It’s less noticeable when the tide is high but unfortunately that’s just nature and this beach is smelly. If you have a sensitive stomach you will not have a good time. We left the property for other beaches when it bothered us and otherwise had a fantastic stay. Smell was not present in the rooms at all. 」
