「we booked two rooms, the room in the first floor is worse, the room in the second floor is better.」

「2 of our 5 days no one came by to clean the room. On day 2, we ran out of cups...on day 3 we ran out of towels. Very noisy....kids running up and down wooden walkway late into the night. Ridiculous amount of hidden fees and taxes ...over $100 per night. The parking fee alone was $30 per night, and we self parked the car! Far better values and attention to detail at other similar resorts in the Keyes.」

「Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !」
