「Hotel itself was very nice with a lot of amenities and beautiful outdoor area with multiple fire pits, nice outdoor beach bar, pool, lounging areas all with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. We loved that you could just walk out the door and be at the beach. There was a playground and cute beach shack (not part of the actual hotel) selling food and drinks as well Two other playgrounds behind the hotel within walking distance too. So really nice if you have kids. Free hot breakfast was great....

This hotel is nestled in the middle of Historic Downtown Manistee, about 50 minutes from Sleepy Bear Dunes. This hotel can be termed casual, laid-back. 「The property was older but has been updated. It is very convenient to the main part of town, close to several restaurants. It has a nice indoor heated pool and hot tub as well as a breakfast with several choices. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. There is no elevator but the stairs are reasonable between levels. We look forward to staying here again!」
