「 This status is a 5 because the staff was superb. They answered my questions timely ahead of my visit and made sure I had a good time. I’m fully aware of the location, and this is not the Ritz. It met my expectations for the night. It’s glamping. I had an issue with WiFi and the Internet. I’m sure had I said something, it would have been resolved, but I was too tired from my walk around Petra and the Treasury. It’s was a good stay. Thank You. I would visit again. 」

The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready...
