「The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the gate to enter Petra. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The sunset views are amazing from the hotel lobby and terrace. Our room is a bit dated and does need improvement. But the staff were all very helpful and polite. Firas was super responsive on WhatsApp and helped us arrange our transportation to Petra and onwards to our other destinations in Jordan. This is greatly appreciated! 「Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready...

「Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. There is a newly opened Italian restaurant called Oliva which is so good and it only cost below JOD15 for two people.」

「I booked this hotel last minute and was originally supposed to arrive after 7 pm, but due to stopping on the road to watch the beautiful stars, we ended up arriving after 11 pm. The staff was very attentive and waited for us, even sending a message to check if we were still coming. I liked the concept of paying upon arrival. 「Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! 」
