「There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book...

「Location, location, location! This is the best place for visiting Petra. Hotel is super clean! Very friendly and helpful staff, very responsive and considerate, breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food, definitely highly recommended!!!」

「Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready...

「From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and very well run. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the personal warmth of the people here. We had some lovely conversations and really enjoyed getting to know them a...

「The front desk staff were very friendly, offering welcome juice and fruit upon check-in. Our room had a mountain view, which was beautiful at night. The breakfast selection was very diverse, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Petra entrance. Highly recommended accommodation.」

「Very convenient. Visitor center across the street. Friendly staff. Restaurants were all around. So location was unbeatable. Parking at the back on gravel. Bed was comfortable. Nothing inconvenient. And price was reasonable as well. So I was happy overall.」

「Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. There is a newly opened Italian restaurant called Oliva which is so good and it only cost below JOD15 for two people.」

「If you are looking to explore Petra this is a great hotel. Just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the entrance. And there are many restaurants on the street nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was ok and staff friendly. The room was clean and wifi good.」

「staff are sincere, kind and helpful room is good, complementary chocolate, drinks make me suprise」

「It was an amazing experience in La Maison! I am impressed by the hospitality of all staff there. Me and my friend was first time travel to Jordan, and stayed at La Maison for just 1 night at the beginning. But we found that to rush and tired of keep changing hotels, so we decided to stay st La Maison for 1 more night. And the front desk staff offered us free breakfast buffet. Also, we came Wadi Musa for visiting Petra. However, we did bring enough Jordanian Dinar, one of their front desk staff...

「Great location and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. breakfast is fine. you could not expect more in this resource limited area. 」
