「staff are sincere, kind and helpful room is good, complementary chocolate, drinks make me suprise」

「This was a solid stay - just not what I was expecting. Two reasons - -the pictures on the site make it seem expansive…. That wasn’t my experience. It’s tucked next to a mountain with other properties right up against it, and off a busy road. I did the deluxe tent - it said desert views and the picture on the site was a lovely. My view was out to a courtyard tightly packed in other tents… not the expansive vibe I was expecting. Not bad, just not what I expected. (I think the front 12 bubble...

「The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself...

「Beyond 5star! It is seldom in international travel that an entire hotel and staff can exceed all expectations. Mamoun Exec Manager and Thaer and staff from kitchen to room cleaning were beyond. I became ill with Flu and the over-the-top welcome attentive spirit had us extend 5 extra 5 Star days. Moreover, the entire Guide community, through Basal, Yuesff, Muhammad, among others in the Bedouin community remind us that there is a “Human” family and tribe of loving kindness that Yah instills in...

「Nice」

「酒店在建築在山上，風景優美。早餐很豐富。接待員有禮，負責拿行李的小男孩很專業，介紹洒店的所有設施。服務非常滿意。」

「I had such a great stay at this camp in Wadi Rum. The location was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. The food was delicious, and spending the evening under the stars was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Jordan. Everything felt well organized but still authentic and relaxed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Wadi Rum!」

「Excellent place to stay at such a beautiful place food was 10/10 service too we were literally the only people there so we got the whole place to ourselves truly and unforgettable experience」

「Beautiful camp」

「The camping is very clean with hot water. People are very nice especially the owner Eid. It is very perfect experience there about the jeep tour and camel riding」

「Staying up on the hill at Petra Pillars made a big difference for us, it’s far quieter than the hotels packed right around the Visitor Center, and coming back to those mountain views and the pool after hours of walking was great.」

「Excelente atención del hermano 🙌me hicieron sentir como en casa」

「The man running the place is a scammer, I booked online & reservation was paid. 1 bubble 3 beds. Only option gave me for booking. The man sold my room to another person left me stranded in the desert, he tried to extract more money for the beds…Mind you he did it to another couple as well. I’d never recommend staying here! Unless you want to get scammed! Terrible service & treatment. Huge Advice Watch out be cautious which camp you make arrangements with! Worse experience! With no hesitation he...

「The front desk staff were very friendly, offering welcome juice and fruit upon check-in. Our room had a mountain view, which was beautiful at night. The breakfast selection was very diverse, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Petra entrance. Highly recommended accommodation.」

「Valley Resort is absolutely 5 star!! Clean and spacious accommodations with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Dinner and breakfast both were delicious. The pool was a bonus, as well as a great bar complete with pool table. The staff were incredible and ensured our stay was nothing but incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough.」

「CP值超高的飯店，美食、住宿…無可挑剔！」

「There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book...

「Cozy, clean and spacious room. Underground parking access by lift. Good brwakfast. A few minutes drive to the Petra Visitor Centre. The staff are very friendly. 」
