The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is great and the hotel is just 4-5 min walking distance to Petra visitor centre. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Place.

Excellent customer service from staff at hotel. Greeted on arrival and they provided much hospitality and friendly advice for our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and location was convenient and facilities modern and wonderful.

Beautiful property, and amazing value for something less than a 10 minute walk to the Petra visitor center. Mohammed-Ali made check-in beyond seamless and even after check-in made staying here feel warm and a very pleasant experience in general. Room was clean, as were the common areas, bed was comfortable, no complaints in that department. Cannot recommend staying here enough.

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Petra. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful, even offering me a tour of the various view points. My room was fine and the bed is comfortable. There is a convenience store close by and a few restaurants. Breakfast is fantastic and includes eggs. The walk to the hotel from the entrance at Petra is 15 minutes and all uphill.

Located in the middle of the Christian Quarter of Jerusalem at the Jaffa gate, the hotel is central to much of the city and close to shopping and eating. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

Very nice, helpful and friendly personal Made amazing breakfast as early as 6am to have enough time in Petra Super located just 8mins walk to entrance Everything very clean, bed very comfortable many thanks to the chief de cuisine for driving me to the local bus station early morning

Perfect stay - very friendly staff

this hotel is fantastic. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the ruins entrance. staff was super-friendly. breakfast was good and they also provide a lunch box for your trekking to Petra. highly reccomended!
