"We loved our June stay at Princess Grand with our family of four. Our Platinum Suite (booked through Expedia) had plenty of space, with two double beds and a small built‑in couch our 8‑year‑old used as a bed. Room 6340 had a beautiful water view and sunsets.
The kids LOVED the waterpark, and we always found shaded seating with waitress service. Over our 4‑day trip we visited all the pools and especially enjoyed the quiet Platinum pool in the evenings. Lifeguards were active at every pool, which we appreciated.
Our butlers, Q (Questos) and Shayshay, were fantastic. Q arranged a beach cabana, dinner reservations, extra towels, and even helped my husband surprise me with a last‑minute spa massage. He went above and beyond when a ceiling leak required a room change and later when our airport transfer got stuck in traffic—he quickly found a driver who knew back roads so we could make our flight!
The food was good. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite. My picky eater was happy to find chicken nuggets in nearly every restaurant we visited. My daughter misses the chocolate croissants & Nutella crepes from the breakfast buffet. The coffee shop made for a good wake-up beverage each morning.
The staff were absolutely lovely & so kind. We met some amazing individuals who are living through quite a bit in the aftermath of the hurricane & still show up each day with a smile on their face.
