「The staff were awesome. What they lacked in activities were made up with peace and quiet. Chose this resort for the price and that it was off the grid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary.
