"Fantastic stay at a fantastic venue. The room was great - really spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower was really good and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The bed being on a mezzanine level, with a separate living area made it feel like a home from home. The wee food basket is a great touch . "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Linen Bank and would definitely return. Reception was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful, making check-in quick and straightforward. It immediately set a positive tone for the stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which is always a bonus when staying centrally. The location is excellent — right in the centre of town with very easy access to the train station, making it ideal for both short breaks and onward travel. The room was well equipped with everything you might need. Having a microwave, fridge and sink was particularly useful and made it feel more flexible than a standard hotel room. The TV and en-suite bathroom were both practical and well maintained, providing a comfortable and functional space. Dropped a star as the shower was faulty and window we were unable to fully close. Overall, Linen Bank offers great convenience, thoughtful facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely choose to stay again."

"Lovely atmosphere, very clean and presentable, piano music in the restaurant gave a very nice evening vibe, food was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Did not get a chance to check it out but the adjoined gym and spa looked very nice too!"

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "
