「Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

「Clean room stayed for 15 days was only made up when we asked for it Staff I personally felt unhelpful wasn’t willing to help from anything from changing single beds to a double to allowing us check in earlier with a sick traveller from a very rough flight from Australia Breakfast was not accommodating for travellers whom wasn’t from a religious background nor accommodated for travellers from our countries The pool was ok unfortunately the most hottest part of the day the pool was unable to be...
