「Everyone was very kind and good service. It is loud at night due to the street, but the hotel even warns you of that before booking. It’s not the hotels fault, just don’t stay right in parque ilaras or provenza if you want it to be quiet at night. If you don’t mind the noise the hotel is fantastic.」
