"Exceptionally located, convenient, incredible service and attention to guests ( Alessia was beyond expecations and gave us attention), food and staff always ready and pleasant, everything was close by, just a delight to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended."

"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip. Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Location is near Como but you need a car. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice and clean, and a/c worked well. "
