Check in was smooth, rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast was disappointing. Plates of fruit ran low, lack of gluten-free options, meant paying full price for scrambled egg! Everything else about this hotel is spot on, loved the bar and the bar staff, great location.

This is a beautifully designed hotel, not your typica Raddison. The decor, staff, rooftop bar were divine. Also, right across the street from the Santa Sofia Metro stop and a 15 minute walk to the Duomo.

Nice hotel, centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. Nice but small pool. Our only complaint was that it was pricey for the size and quality of the rooms. Have stayed in many hotels in European capitals but had nicer more opulent rooms for a similar price

The Hotel is very near to the Tourist Area Receptionist were Nice and approachable The only downfall for me is the breakfast buffet the soupy scrambled egg and most everything is sweet. Not ideal for my breakfast taste But all in all it was a nice hotel
