「The rooms as always were spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The heated bathroom floor and sap are always a plus. I returned after staying here last year. My wife died after our 2024 stay. 「The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were extra helpful with our parking situation as we had a covered trailer. 」

The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient. 」

「我們辦入住時得知Mineral pool損壞維修中，這倒還好。 但是晚上很晚回旅館時要洗澡才發現沒有熱水可以洗澡。去問接待員，說應該只是水壓不穩，等一等就會有熱水，可是我等了好久，忍不住，只好洗冷水。家人都無法洗熱水，還只能克難的用熱水器煮一些水來想辦法清潔。隔天詢問接待櫃檯，得到的答案是，因為旅館的地熱與加熱設備有問題，而且昨天是節慶假日，沒有人可以來修。 真的令人生氣。 如果你本來就知道沒有熱水，你提早說，或許我們還有變通的辦法，讓全家折騰一晚，也只說讓您不方便了! 這算什麼服務 」

「酒店在当地还是不错的，旅行团很多。自助餐性价比高，好像还可以点中餐。美中不足的一是离超市较远，步行要至少20分钟，二是所处温泉城但是房间没有温泉设施。安逸的旅途休息站是充分做到了其功能。」
