The room was basic and clean however the bathroom was in serious need of updating, it took 10+ minutes for hot water and the shower head was so low that I (5’6) could only just fit under it and my husband (6’1) had to crouch to shower. The staff were very friendly.

Kudos to Karen at the front desk for her outstanding service. Our room was taking longer than expected to be ready, and she proactively noticed that we had been waiting for around 40–45 minutes. To make up for the inconvenience, she kindly offered us complimentary drink vouchers, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a great addition. A very pleasant experience overall.
