Room was cheap but no toaster or microwave in the room. No kitchen facility and room was on 4th floor when only one elevator was working and there is no sound or display in elevator that you know which floor you stopped. Lot of guest keep come out on wrong floor because of this. I dont recommend if you are traveling with children.

This was the best place we stayed in NZ, the rooms and attention to care were spectacular!

Dinner was over priced, carpet in room had large coffee stains and ceiling a bad paint job covering patch right above the bed

Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience
